Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you get me started?
After you register, we will send you a "Welcome" email detailing what you need to do to activate your account, upload your profile, logo, and picture, and invite your Real Estate Agents to receive The Daily Communicator. As soon as you complete the above, you and your Real Estate Agents will start receiving the Daily Communicator by the next business day.
Will I be able to have changes made to my template once it has been set up?
Absolutely! You may change your photo, logo or contact information at any time. Simply login to your account at http://www.thedailycommunicator.com. If you have forgotten your user name and password just click here.
Can I get help setting up my template?
Absolutely! Call 251-300-2517 and your Performance Consultant will be happy to walk you through the set-up process.
Does the system have to send out each email every day, or can I pick and choose?
No, you don't have to send each day's letters. Some people choose to turn off days for one reason or another. If you turn off a day of the week, your recipients will not get that day's email, but you will still receive it.
When the daily letters are sent to my recipients, who are they addressed from?
The email that your recipients receive will appear as if it was sent directly from you. If they hit the reply button in their email program, the reply will come back to you. The copies that are sent to you, the subscriber, are sent from Greg Frost.
Do the emails that get sent have a long list of people in the "To:" or "CC:" field?
No, we send out each email individually. It takes a lot more resources on our end to send them out this way, but it just doesn't look professional for the people you do business with to see the list of people that are receiving the emails from you. This way, each email appears as if you have sent it personally to them.
Why do some emails get marked as spam and others don't?
The Real Estate and Mortgage industries have been targeted by spammers who send out mass mailings. IT departments have responded by creating filters that search for words such as "refinance", "loan", "real estate" and "low payment." Unfortunately for us, we use those words on a day to day basis; it's just part of our business. As a result, on the days those words appear in The Daily Communicator&trade, your e-mail might get marked as spam by those filters.
What is the schedule for sending letters?
Monday through Friday, starting at 12 a.m. Eastern, the letters are emailed to you and your designated recipients until they have all been sent out.
I want to stop receiving The Daily Communicator™, what do I do?
Go to http://www.dailycommunicator.com/remove/. Enter your email address and submit the form. The person who is sending you The Daily Communicator™ will be notified that you no longer want to receive the emails. If another subscriber thinks that you should receive The Daily Communicator™, you will have to go to the remove page again. If you feel that this process is being abused, please send an email to webmaster@referralpartnermarketing.com.
